摘要

介绍了利用磁流体进行研磨的精密加工技术

给出了磁流体研磨的工作机理.以P reston方程为依据建立了磁流体研磨的数学模型

利用该数学模型

研究了工件旋转速度、磁场强度、工件表面和磁场中心的距离、研磨时间等工艺参数的变化与研磨效果之间的关系

对S i3N4陶瓷滚珠进行了研磨实验.通过实验分析

验证了该模型的合理性.

Abstract

The paper introduces the precision processing technology of grinding using magnetic fluid and presents the working mechanism of magnetic-fluid grinding.Based on Preston equation

it also establishes a mathematical modeling for magnetic-fluid grinding

so as to study relationship between the effects of grinding and the variation of such technological parameters as revolving speed of work-piece

intensity of magnetic field

distance between work-piece surface and magnetic center

grinding time

etc.Analysis on the grinding of Si_3N

ceramic-balls proves that the model has been well established.
