摘要

探索光纤在载荷力微扰下的输出与力的关系及灵敏度特性.利用压电陶瓷振动驱动在力作用下的微弯变形器扰动光纤改变其输出.实验表明:在(0.5~10)mN范围内

输出与力成线性关系

线性度为1%.

Abstract

The output characteristic of optical fiber under load change and sensitivity is researched.Using vibrational piezoceramic material by force to drive the optical fiber

the changing output is recorded.The experiment shows that the relationship between output and force is linearity in range(0.5~10) mN and the linearity is 1%.
