摘要

在利用舍夫勒图进行焊缝组织预测时

需要耗费大量的时间通过手册查找母材和焊材的成分

并且还要进行复杂的数学计算

带来了许多不便.本文利用VB编程

并建立相应数据库

开发了一套可以预测接头焊缝组织的软件.通过输入焊材和母材牌号等必要的信息

该软件就能够成功地预测单层或多层焊缝的组织.除了给出计算结果外

软件还能将其准确显示在舍夫勒图中

设计人员可以据此判断焊缝性能是否满足实际需要.结果表明

该软件能够实现设定要求

并且具有数据库的自维护功能

大大方便了技术人员

提高了工作效率.

Abstract

In forecasting weld-metal tissue via Schaeffler diagram

technicians have to spend much time on looking for the chemical content of weld material and body material and in complex calculation.To solve this problem

software has been developed via VB 6.0 with a database containing hundreds of material and its chemical content

for forecasting weld-metal tissue.After the input of specifications of weld material and body material

the software can predict the tissue composition of each layer of welding metal

and can also show the tissue in the Schaeffler diagram.With self-adapting function

the software improves working efficiency and brings great convenience to technicians.
