摘要

针对传统包络解调分析方法需要人为选定共振频带的缺陷

提出一种用M orlet小波和连续小波变换实现的包络检波算法.该方法利用小波变换时-频分析的优势

用傅立叶变换快捷计算小波变换系数

从而有效提取各共振响应频带的调制频率.经实验验证

该方法能有效地提取信号包络

准确地提取出滚动轴承的故障频率.

Abstract

Because of the defects of traditional envelope analysis to specify the resonant frequency band manually

a new enveloping algorithm that uses Morlet wavelet and continuous wavelet transform is proposed.The new approach adopts FFT to compute wavelet coefficient by time-frequency characteristics of the wavelet transform

and possesses a powerful property to extract the modulated frequency of resonant frequency band overall.Practical example shows that this method can be used to collect signal envelopments effectively

and get the fault frequency of ball bearing accurately.
