摘要

针对目前喷管与发动机装配时需人工对准的问题

研究了一种基于CCD摄像机和电涡流传感器的自动对准系统

CCD摄像机与电涡流传感器以120°等间隔安装在检测环上

放置于喷管与发动机之间.根据各个测距传感器和摄像机的检测结果

推导出了平行度的计算公式

采用最小二乘法计算连接孔的中心坐标

以调整喷管和发动机的同轴度.自动对准后

喷管与发动机法兰面夹角小于0.01

°法兰连接孔中心偏差小于0.05 mm.

Abstract

An automatic alignment system is presented for assembly between the nozzle and the solid propellant motor to resolve the problem of the manual work.Electrical eddy sensors and CCD cameras are set in a testing ring situated between the nozzle and the solid propellant motor with equal interval 120°.According to the results of electrical eddy sensors and CCD cameras

a calculating formula of the parallelism is deduced.And the center coordinate of the joint hole is calculated by the least squares to adjust coaxiality.Error of the parallelism is less than 0.01° and the coaxiality is less than 0.05 mm.
