摘要

综述了气体二氧化氯的国内外研究现状

展望了其在安全领域的应用前景.研究了气体二氧化氯对哈密瓜中沙门氏病菌(Salmonella)的杀菌保鲜效果.实验表明:气体二氧化氯对哈密瓜中的沙门氏病菌具有明显的杀菌效果

对哈密瓜的存放具有明显的保鲜效果.

Abstract

Current study on chlorine dioxide gas in the world was summarized.The application perspective in safety was discussed.The result of killing Salmonella in cantaloupe by using of chlorine dioxide gas was studied.The results show that chlorine dioxide gas can effectively kill Salmonella in cantaloupe

and greatly prolong storage life of cantaloupe.
