摘要

为探析山西省能源节约问题

构建了关联模型

对山西省1952年以来的结构演进-能源消费和结构演进-单位能耗的关系进行了分析

发现结构演进-能源消费相关系数高

而结构演进-单位能耗相关系数低

高耗能为主的产业结构是主要原因.因此

产业结构的调整是未来山西省能源节约的重要出发点

必须在国家政策支持和山西省自身努力下

从限产、整合和升级等方面着手

使产业结构演进向低耗能、高附加值方向发展

从而逐步实现山西省能源效率提高的目标.

Abstract

To explore Shanxi's energy conservation two general models

namely the industrial structure evolution-energy consumption relating model and industrial structure evolution-GDP energy intensity relating model are constructed.The analyzing results are salutary.First

the coefficient of industrial structure evolution-energy consumption is high

but that of the industrial structure evolution-GDP energy intensity is low.Secondly

it is necessary to change the industrial structure of Shanxi because high energy intensity is mainly caused by heavy industries.Key ways today to improve energy efficiency cover three major issues: highly decreasing the energy-intensity production

coordinating the remaining enterprises and adjusting the industrial structure to realize high value added and high energy efficiency.
