摘要

为了提高操作者的工作效率和安全性

减少生产误差

采用传感器检测系统对精密机械加工中人体的生理信息变化(如脑电波、额部肌电位、脉搏、呼吸、身体动摇)进行了检测.检测的结果以及对结果的分析表明:在精密机械加工中

操作者的疲劳症状与生理信息存在着紧密的联系

这使得在人机工程学中通过操作者的生理信息变化来估计其疲劳成为了可能.

Abstract

In order to improve the operating efficiency and safety and reduce the working error

a sensor measurement system was used to test the human physiological information in precision machining such as electroencephalogram

electromyogram of forehead

blood pulse

respiration and shaking of body etc.The results of test and detailed analysis show that there is close correlation between the physiological information and fatigue symptom in precision machining.The research makes it possible to estimate fatigue by physiological information in human-machine engineering.
