论述了国内外旋转床精馏性能基础及应用研究进展;阐述了旋转床精馏研究现状;提出了旋转床精馏工业化中存在的不足与改进措施;分析了旋转床精馏的发展前景.研究表明

其理论塔板高度比传统的精馏塔下降1

个数量级.超重力精馏技术将会得到广泛应用.

Abstract

The basic theory and application research progress on distillation for rotating bed are introduced and the distillation research status is clarified.Problems that might occur in the rotating bed industrialization are analyzed and the improved measures are proposed.And the promising application for rotating bed in chemical industry is described.The results show that rotating bed is a new kind of gas-liquid process intensification distillation equipment and its theoretical tower plate height is decreased by 1

orders of magnitude comparing with the traditional distillation tower.The distillation technology in high gravity condition will be widely applied.
