By using potassium ferrocyanide modified electrodes
the content of L-histidine was measured by square wave voltammetry in the optimization of experimental conditions. The results show that in the three acid(H3PO4-H3BO3-HAc) buffer solution with the pH value 5.00
the peak current and the concentration of histidine have a good linear relation in the range of 4.0×10-8~2.0×10-5 mol/L
and the detection limit is 2.0×10-9 mol/L.Experimental results show that the electrode has good selectivity
sensitivity
reproducibility
stability
and can be used for determination of L-histidine.The research provides a new sensitive method for electrochemical detection of amino acid.
