摘要

采用共混炼法制备了甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)/蒙脱土(MMT)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料.系统研究了ZDMA/MMT并用对NR补强效果的影响

并研究了其耐老化和耐酸碱性能.研究表明:添加了ZDMA和MMT后

NR截面变得不规整

ZDMA和MMT与橡胶基体的相互作用较弱.与只添加MMT复合材料相比

同时添加ZDMA和MMT复合材料后的橡胶复合材料有更好的补强作用

耐热氧老化性能较优

其耐酸碱性能也得到了提高

并且在ZDMA/MMT的添加量为10∶10时

性能达到最好.

Abstract

Zinc methacrylate/Montmorillonite/nature rubber composite was prepared by mixing method.By mixing of zinc methacrylate(ZDMA)/montmorillonite(MMT)

acid-alkali resistance properties of NR were studied systematically.The results showed that the section of NR became irregular by the addition of ZDMA and MMT

due to weak interaction between ZDMA

MMT and rubber matrix.Compared to addition of MMT only

the NR/ZDMA/MMT composites had excellent reinforcement effect

aging and acid-alkali resistance properties

when the ratio of ZDMA/MMT was 10∶10.
