摘要

在正浮选法生产氯化钾过程中

十八胺用量是影响浮选效率的因素.以溴甲酚绿为指示剂

研究了分光光度法测定氯化钾浮选液中十八胺(ODA)含量的最佳条件.实验结果表明:十八胺-溴甲酚绿(BCG)的最大吸收峰波长为414 nm

摩尔吸光系数为1.4×104L/(mol.com)

在1×10-5～10×10-5mol/L范围内遵守比尔定律.以此为依据建立了合适的测定方法

测得氯化钾浮选液中十八胺浓度的相对误差为-1.94%

相对标准偏差RSD为1.52%

该法具有稳定性好、灵敏度和准确度高、所用试剂价廉易得、操作简便快速等优点

为微量十八胺的测量提供了有效的方法.

Abstract

Aiming at the influence of the flotation reagent on KCl flotation in industrial production

the best experimental condition of the determination of the octadecylamine(ODA) content in brine from KCl flotation by spectrophotometer with bromocresol green(BCG) as indicator is studied.The results indicate: the molar absorptivity of the complex of ODA and BCG is 1.4×104 L/(mol·com) at wave length of 414 nm

Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 1×10-5～10×10-5 mol/L;the relative error of ODA is about-1.94%

with RSD=1.54%.This method applied to the determination of ODA in brine samples of KCl flotation is more stable

simple sensitive

accurate

cheap and easy to get required reagent

simple and quick to operate

which provides an effective method for trace analysis of ODA

and has a certain application value.
