摘要

为解决农业机械测力过程中测力计指针摆动导致人工难以准确读取表显动态数据

以及传统测力计记录装置调试繁琐

记录时间短

结构复杂易出故障

不便于田间复杂恶劣环境下使用

数据处理繁杂费时等问题

研制了测力计配置数码摄像头的测力视觉数据采集系统.该系统将测试段测力的全部表显图像数据自动读入并存储在计算机中

运用MATLAB编程实现视觉数据流的图像处理、特征量提取和动态测力值的统计分析.结果表明:该方法采集的测试数据准确完整

测力5.500~12.500 kN时测得绝对误差限±0.087 2 kN和相对误差限±0.892 8%

满足农机试验的要求.

Abstract

Manual data collection and analyzing was a great disadvantage to load-measuring process of agricultural machinery

because it spent much time and lost chance

took higher error

collected dynamic data hardly and so on.But other electromotive instrument or recorder was also not suggested to use

because they were complex in structure

various and difficult in adjusting

too much in cost

applied hardly or ineffectively to field testing with bad or complex environment

etc.So the test equipment system of dynamometer combining with numeric camera was developed.This load-measuring system can collect image data on dynamometer and download to computer

and performed image processing

characteristic variable detecting

statistical analysis of dynamic load-measuring data by MATLAB programming.Results indicate that the method can accurately and roundly collect serial data

provided with absolute error limit ±0.087 2 kN and relative error limit ±0.892 8% within load-measuring range from 5.500 kN to 12.5 kN

satisfy with the test of agricultural machinery.
