本文针对带有孔边径向穿透裂纹的厚壁圆筒(假设它为弹性体)受孔内压力大于孔外压力的静压载荷作用的情况

利用弹性力学、线弹性断裂力学和光弹理论

推导出了一种新的用光弹法求算应力强度因子 K_I 的公式。利用光弹实验的结果作者将此公式与Schroedl 和 Smith 所提出的双条纹差分法公式的结果进行了比较
