摘要

目的　研究旋转喷吹法精炼铝合金的最佳工艺参数组合．方法　依据正交表进行实验，用极差分析法对实验数据进行处理，确定旋转喷吹法的最佳工艺参数组合．结果　旋转喷吹法精炼铝合金的最佳工艺参数组合：旋转速度６００ｒ／ｍｉｎ，流量０．４ｍ３／ｈ，精炼时间６ｍｉｎ，静置时间５ｍｉｎ．结论　旋转喷吹法是精炼铝合金，降低含气量最有效的方法

Abstract

Aim\ To study the optimal technical parameter of refining with the rotating and puffing method for aluminium alloys. Methods\ According to orthogonal table experimentize theory; the experiment data were treated with difference analytical method to obtain the optimal technical parameters. Results\ The optimal technical parameters: the rotating rate is 600 r/min

flow rate is 0.4 m\+3/h

refine time is 6 min and static time is 5 min. Conclusion\ The rotating and puffing argon method is an effective way to decrease hydrogen content of aluminium alloys.
