摘要

目的研究用ＰＥＰＳＥＴ自硬砂法替代油砂制芯工艺的可行性．方法通过实验，从ＰＥＰＳＥＴ自硬砂与油砂的硬化特性、抗拉强度、发气性、溃散性以及经济性等方面进行了对比分析．结果ＰＥＰＳＥＴ自硬砂各种工艺性能都优于油砂，可替代油砂制芯．结论ＰＥＰＳＥＴ自硬砂制芯工艺简单，可明显提高铸件质量，节约能源，降低成本，具有推广和使用价值．

and the latter can be replaced by PEPSET no bake sand. Conclusion The process of manufacturing mould by PEPSET no bake sand can raise the quality of casting
