Diffusion hydrogen within welded metal in case of manual arc welding is measured both with color spectrum technique and the method according to GB3965 83. The various factors which influence diffusion hydrogen in welded metal are discussed. Errors in these of two kinds of measurement are analyzed. It is of important significance in guiding prodution and assuring quality.
