摘要

目的　探索聚丙烯 /二氧化硅 (PP/Si O2 )纳米粒子复合材料中偶联剂的最佳用量 .方法　首先用熔融共混法制备 PP/Si O2 纳米粒子复合材料

再通过分析复合材料的力学性能和冲击试样断面的 SEM照片来探索硅烷 KH-560的最佳用量 .结果　硅烷 KH-560的用量为 Si O2 纳米粒子的 1 0 %时

PP/Si O2 纳米粒子复合材料的综合力学性能最佳 .结论　传统的计算处理微米级无机填料硅烷用量的经验公式不能适用于无机纳米粒子

Abstract

Aim\ To explore the furthest dosage of coupling agent in polyproplen/SiO\-2(PP/SiO\-2) nanocomposites. Methods\ PP/SiO\-2 nanocomposites are produced by melting blend process and then the best dosage of silicane KH 560 is discussed by analyzing its mechanical behaviors and SEM photo graghs. Results\ The mechanical behaviors of PP/SiO\-2 nanocomposites are optimal when the dosage of silicane KH 560 is 10% of SiO\-2 nanoparticles. Conclusion\ The conventional empirical fomula used to calculate the dosage of micron inorganic silicane can not apply to inorganic nanoparticles.
