摘要

　目的　对一种超辐射二极管(SLD)的输出功率特性和谱特性进行测量.方法　通过试验建立了SLD输出功率的温度模型

并确定了不同注入电流情况下光谱的特性和变化趋势.结果与结论　为SLD在干涉式光纤陀螺(FOG)中的合理应用提供了理论和实验依据.

Abstract

Aim\ The output power and spectral behavior of a kind of commercial Superluminescent Diode(SLD) was measured. Methods\ The model of temperature dependence of output power of the SLD was established.The spectral characteristics of the SLD under different injection currents were discussed. Results and Conclusions\ The data got from the experiments will be helpful for the reasonable application of the SLD in Fiber Optical Gyros(FOG).
