the status characters of interior components within assembled products can be obtained. Based on these status characters set up status discriminating model of components with pattern recognition

through which the goal of dealing with information and sorting products automatically is achieved. Results\ A nondestructive testing method which can automatically classify and identify the status of interior components within complex products is put forword. Conclusion\ This method will be avaliable to similar problems of status detection within assembled products.
