摘要

介绍了采用大电流、高焊速的ＭＡＧ焊工艺在高锰铸钢上进行三种不同焊接材料的堆焊试验研究；分析了堆焊层的组织及性能，探讨了采用不同焊接材料进行高锰铸钢ＭＡＧ焊的可行性．

Abstract

The MAG welding method with large electric current and high welding speed is used. Three different welding materials are campared. The surface property of high manganese cast steel is tested. The microstructures and properties are analyzed. A reliable MAG surface processing technology for high manganes cast steel with different welding materials is studied.
