To research the preparation of an ultravioletcuring adhesive and its behavior

prepolymer was synthesized when tolylene diisocyanate and 2hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used as basic raw materials. Ultravioletcuring adhesive was prepared through adding photoinitiator and active diluent etc. into the prepolymer. By means of bonding testpieces with this adhesive

the effect of shelftime on curing time and adhesion strength has been investigated. The better formulation and preparation conditions of ultravioletcuring adhesives were obtained through orthogonal experiment. The properties of concerned ultravioletcuring adhesives will be more stable after 20 h when prepared.
