摘要

目的　根据某汽车冷却风扇叶片实物快速实现该叶片及其模具的设计制造 .方法　采用非接触式三维激光测量机获得物体表面点数据

利用反求工程、三维重构原理及实体造型原理 .结果　快速建立叶片及其模具 CAD模型

并完成了模具的制造 .结论　实践证明

该方法是一种切实可行的质量高、精度高、效率高并且可以推广应用的反求工程方法

Abstract

Aim\ To realize rapidly the design and manufacture of fan blade and its die according to the automobile cooling fan. Methods \ The non contact 3D laser measuring is used to obtain the point data of the object surface of blade. The principle of reverse engineering and the theory of 3D reconstruction and solid modelling are utilized. Results\ The CAD model of the blade and its die and NC code of the die are found. Conclusion\ It is proved that this method of reverse engineering is of high quality

precision and efficiency. And it can be generalized widely.
