Adopted isothermal compression of wedge specimen and combined numerical simulation with modern metallurgy technology
the effect of deformation parameters on microstructure and mechanical property of LD10 was studied. The result manifested that crystal grain becomes fine because of dynamic recrystallization and hardness increases as degree of deformation increases at the same temperature. At (350~410) ℃
hardness decreases gradually as deformation temperature increases by virtue of work hardening; however
at (410~470) ℃
hardness increases gradually as deformation temperature increases resulting from solution strengthening and age-hardening. It can provide theoretical basis for achievement structure control deformation of aluminium alloy.
