A systematic design method for product cellification is proposed during the course of mass customization

and a series of factors

affecting the interactive relationship of components as well as the generation of product in life cycle

are discussed. In addition

by using P-median algorithm the generated process of cells is subsequently optimized. A typical example is presented to show that this method is applicable and effective. And it gives another way of numerical analysis and evaluation for cellification manufacturing.
