After a research on the feedback and control of the reliable time-lag of continuous-time systems with actuator failures.By using Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality(LMI) approach

the paper has also presented the sufficient and lag-dependent criteria for determining the existence of the reliable time-lag feedback controller in LMI form.The feedback controller thus designed proves to be tolerable to certain failures while guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the whole closed-loop systems.
