Taking the automatic mechanism of a certain gun as one of simulation loader

a powder simulation load test equipment was designed

and the physical model and the mathematical model of the system were established too.Calculating the pressure and time curve of an antiaircraft machine gun

and the speed and time curve of its bolt

comparing the calculating results with the actual results

it is found that the simulation results accord with the actual results well

such that the correctness of this simulation with the simulation loading test system is verified firstly.In addition

the displacement curve of this loader was acquired by calculation.The results show that the continuous shot of the equipment can be realized.
