摘要

为了解决配用于155mm弹种的引信瞎火问题

对引信安全系统惯性保险技术进行了研究.通过增加闭锁装置

完成了引信安全系统惯性保险的重新设计

并先后进行了安全系统惯性保险作用可靠性的理论分析与计算

以及引信安全性跌落试验.理论分析计算与试验结果表明:重新设计改进以后的安全系统惯性保险机构

既能保证1.5m跌落安全

又可满足发射时可靠地解除保险的要求.

Abstract

To solve the misfire problem of fuze used for a 155 mm projectile

the research on inertial insurance of fuze safety system was conducted.A locking device was installed

the inertial insurance mechanism was redesigned

the corresponding theoretical analysis was conducted

and drop test was made.Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that the improved inertia insurance mechanism could guarantee the safety which was under 1.5 m dropping

also the insurance could reliably relive at the moment of its launch.
